Poor sales staff here, John D's response to an offer at a value within Kelly Blue Books value for a vehicle was "I don't believe this is the vehicle for you"....excuse me but a sales person should then expla value within Kelly Blue Books value for a vehicle was "I don't believe this is the vehicle for you"....excuse me but a sales person should then explain the value of the vehicle and doing business with this organization, offer their best price and ex plain why they are asking that price. This salesman just lost this dealership a car deal with a short tempered response and I will ensure I leave this review on every possible outlet and express to all people I have interactions with that doing business here is not worth a single second. Best line I learned in sales myself, "never get mad at your money and always express value in the ask". This employee needs some training, no telling how many quite customers have been turned off from him. More
