If i could give this place 0 stars i would! !! I brought my work car to get a new battery. They told me it would be ready in a few hours. It took almost 2 days to get a battery!! When i went in !! I brought my work car to get a new battery. They told me it would be ready in a few hours. It took almost 2 days to get a battery!! When i went in to get help…the first guy laughed in my face. I was given the run around and was on hold for hours. The technician who was assigned to my car left early without ordering the part or notifying anyone that’s a battery needed to be ordered and installed. By far the worse dealership and service i have ever experienced!! More

Worst warranty service I've ever had. They constantly gave the wrong information. Repeatedly promised to call about repair and never did. Twice told me to bring the car only to say they c They constantly gave the wrong information. Repeatedly promised to call about repair and never did. Twice told me to bring the car only to say they couldn't work on it for at least 5 days. The repair after three weeks of back and forth is still not done. The personnel are friendly but completely uncoordinated. Will never buy a Kia again. The car is good, the service dreadful. More
