Service department 1st time was unable to do a complete check up even though I had an appointment. I was forced to go elsewhere. This second visit was for a recall and they were able to accomplish this tas check up even though I had an appointment. I was forced to go elsewhere. If i could give this place 0 stars i would! !! I brought my work car to get a new battery. They told me it would be ready in a few hours. It took almost 2 days to get a battery!! When i went in !! I brought my work car to get a new battery. They told me it would be ready in a few hours. It took almost 2 days to get a battery!! When i went in to get help…the first guy laughed in my face. I was given the run around and was on hold for hours. The technician who was assigned to my car left early without ordering the part or notifying anyone that’s a battery needed to be ordered and installed. By far the worse dealership and service i have ever experienced!! More
