I just had an excellent example of great service from Ymari. I walked in for my appointment a bit huffy, and he greeted me right away. He confirmed the reason for the visit, didn’t try to upsell me, an Ymari. I walked in for my appointment a bit huffy, and he greeted me right away. He confirmed the reason for the visit, didn’t try to upsell me, and when I walked away, asked if there was anything else I needed. Oh! The wipers! He got that taken care of, and when “the works” was done, I asked for a cabin air filter change and he said it could be done in an additional 10 minutes. He delivered the car to me in the front when it was ready, and carefully explained that brakes had been measured as needing service soon and to keep it in mind. He let me know about how long it would take and how much it would cost. I felt very reassured and calm after working with him. He will go far with his great attitude of customer service.
