I went to the body shop to get my truck fixed after a car crash. Note it was still driveable. So my truck had been sitting there for five days. I have two jobs and go to school four times a week. I was jumping through hoops to get to where I needed to go. I didn't even receive an apology. It was clear that no one cared and I was not appreciated as a customer because no one cared because it wasn't there problem, they just wanted my money. The dealership policy is $125 for diagnostic and $78 for other individual troubleshooting events (ie overheating would cost $125 for computer diagnostic plus $78 for cooling system review).
