Why go anywhere else? My BMW X3 had an intermittent electrical problem and I was concerned about cost and inconvenience. I shouldn't have been because my service advisor is My BMW X3 had an intermittent electrical problem and I was concerned about cost and inconvenience. I shouldn't have been because my service advisor is Joel! He arranged for a loaner vehicle and made sure my extended warranty covered the problem. He is thorough and attentive to details. My car was test driven and valeted when I picked it up, when promised. I highly recommend this dealer/service center. More
April 22 Service I brought my new 320i in Denver and discovered it had an alignment issue. I brought it to Gebhardt, which is local to me, for service. Tina told me I brought my new 320i in Denver and discovered it had an alignment issue. I brought it to Gebhardt, which is local to me, for service. Tina told me that because it was an alignment issue it would not be covered under warranty, and the selling dealer should not have sold it to me that way. I was not surprised by this, but did not want to return to the dealer in Denver. Without my asking Tina offered to split the cost of the service. I was fully prepared to pay the full price. Tina's handling of my service visit was outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and professional. She wasn't available when I picked my car up that night so she called me the next day to follow up. I'll never take my car anywhere else for service. Steve Fether More

Vehicle in for recall, but two issues were also addressed under warranty. One took time and I was given a loaner from Friday until Tuesday, no hassles.
