Everyone was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. We bought a 2011 X3 from Aaron and he answered all of our questions and made sure we knew everything about the vehicle. These are small things; overall, I had a great experience: When I first got my nerve up and walked in to the dealership to buy a new BMW, it was several minutes before someone helped me. I thi experience: When I first got my nerve up and walked in to the dealership to buy a new BMW, it was several minutes before someone helped me. I think it was a busy day, the last day of the year. I was asked a couple of times if I was being helped and when I said no, I was told someone would be right with me, and then more time went by. We found a car that had all of the options that I wanted, and we went through all the paperwork to buy it, and I wrote a check with the plan to come get the car on Monday. Then Monday I learned that the car had already been sold, so there was more delay to find another car and some of the paperwork had to be repeated. When I came to the dealership to pick up the car, I was sent in to do the paperwork and sign for it before I had even seen the car. When I asked to see the car before completing the transaction, Roman and Bud were very patient and let me do so. I would have preferred to pick up the car in the daylight so I could see better for the tour of all it's functions. More

Considering how used car sales experiences usually go, it was a surprisingly pleasant experiance for us. We felt no pressure to buy a car right at that moment. Curtis made us feel comfortable just taking time, walking around the lot and test driving. The most frustrating part of purchasing a car has been the trade-in negotiation with dealers. We did our homework to understand what the reasonable trade-in price for our car. Our experience with Gebhardt went fairly smoothly. We felt we were treated with respect. We understood Curtis himself was a BMW owner and he shared his experiences as an owner and was proud to share the great services with us. We drove to Boulder from Denver to look at a specific car we found on-line, however, the car was sold the evening before. I thought I was just going to turn arond and go home, but it turned we found a better match of a car to our needs. After some repair work on the car, we went back and picked up the car. Curtis took time to show us some of the unique features of BMW since we are a new BMW customer. It was very helpful! He was very tentative to all my needs, the car was delivered and was missing an item (cd changer magazine) and for my out of state purchase seamless. They we very helpful, low pressure and willing to negotiate. The salesman i worked wirh, George, was great to work with. The actual purchase went very smoothly.
