Purchased my 328i X through the internet...had an interest in leases and was contacted by John Weisbart. I knew exactly what I wanted as far as options go for the price I wanted to pay so in a day o interest in leases and was contacted by John Weisbart. I knew exactly what I wanted as far as options go for the price I wanted to pay so in a day or two, John responded back with an attached vehicle print out of model and options. Suggested even that I'd be happier with a 328 vs a 320, not only in performance but overall price:option ratio since the 328 had 3K mi on it than a 0 mi 320. After a day of sleeping on it...told him to write it up and I would see him at the end of the week driving1.5 hrs to Boulder (I live in the Springs) to sign. So I had all the paperwork prefilled prior to arriving and all that what needed was if my wife loved her surprise! She had no clue, so after seeing the specific vehicle, I made a bad choice on color so she opted to see any other models that wouldn't change the numbers too much and she fell in love with the white! Had a couple of issues with the windshield having a nice sized chip in it and a quarter sized dent on the front pass fender (she noticed it right away after pulling the car out of the line). John assured us that both would be fixed and taken care of, just needed a day for us to come back up and drop the car off. Gave us a loaner 5'er (nice touch....now a want one of those) for the 3 days it took and received our 328 w/ a brand new BMW windshield and no dent. Overall the entire process was enjoyable and exciting. My only heartache I had was we were in a rush to get back home (kids off from school) and so we didn't get the FULL vehicle introduction/walk-thru and highlights. Besides it was starting to rain/snow...uggghhh (car WAS clean) but at least we have Xdrive!! We absolutely love our 2013 328i Xdrive, the white is amazing! The was the easiest I have ever bought a car! Took 2.5 weeks thru emails and setting up time to come up there but it was all worth it! (i did try the other dealership here in the springs and it was a complete waste of my time, and they did not want to work with me or my money!) Thank you John and Gebhardt for getting us into the BMW family! More

Gebhardt BMW is a very friendly, warm and inviting environment for the customer. You can tell it is family owned as it has a wonderful feel to it where you genuinely feel cared for and treated respec environment for the customer. Vehicle in for recall, but two issues were also addressed under warranty. One took time and I was given a loaner from Friday until Tuesday, no hassles. David Kuczynski was great to work with in the purchase of our new BMW. We had never owned a BMW before so we had a lot of questions.
