European Delivery Awesome Experience My husband and I decided to purchase my 5th BMW for our 20th anniversary and do a European delivery. My husband called several BMW centers to inquire about this process but didn't get very far before frustration set in. We live in SE Aurora and wanted to buy close to home. After talking to several salespeople that didn't know much about the European program, he decided to reach out to Gebhardt BMW in Boulder. When the receptionist answered and he asked if anyone there was familiar with the program, she cheerfully suggested Kory Rodemich. Once connected it was very easy to see why he was recommended. Kory made everything so simple and offered an deal that we immediately agreed to. We had already built the 2015 535xi on the website, but he also made some suggestions on other options we had not considered while making sure nothing had been overlooked. He also shared some of his experiences when he had gone to Germany and the Welt that were extremely helpful in planning our trip. In closing, the longer drive to Boulder provided us a new dealer with a beautiful facility and a sales rep that we will refer all friends to. Thanks again to Kory and the team at Gebhardt BMW! As a small business owner, I find it is easy to provide good customer service when all is well. It is when a glitch arises that excellent service comes through and the customer feels taken care of. This was my experience when the 335xi was been delivered from California. David kept me posted at all times as they were tracking it.
