He had alternative options prepared in case we didn't like any of our original options and ended up getting us a great deal on an X3! He met us at the dealership on his day off so we could test drive the car and then stayed late the following evening until our purchase was complete. Yes this could be perceived as "expected" from a sales associate, but that has not always been our experience when purchasing previous vehicles.
