Abrupt and not helpful Very disappointed with communication with my leased X5. I thought I was allowed 12,000 miles per year, yet when I turned in the vehicle, I was advise Very disappointed with communication with my leased X5. I thought I was allowed 12,000 miles per year, yet when I turned in the vehicle, I was advised 10,000 miles per year. What a difference!!! Paul Mitchell was not helpful, was brusque, did not allow time for my questions about this difference in mileage. They charged me $1,000.00 for this overage. What a rip-off. When they leased me the car, when I asked about mileage, my question was brushed aside. Also kept me waiting quite a while. Car companies are such scammers ! More
