When a rear tire/wheel was mistakenly put on the front of my i3 at a third party tire facility, the Service Manager, Brian (with help of JC), took ownership and remedied the situation. Even though it was not Gebhardt's fault (remember, third party installed tires), Brian kindly and without requirement, provided me a loaner. Joshua understood my concerns about the cost of repairing a 2010 BMW, and my reluctance to put a lot of money in an older vehicle. He pointed out the necessary items and made suggestions such as new tires. I did not feel pressured to do both. Lastly, I left the dealership with confidence that the diagnostic identified everything that my vehicle needed, and I feel comfortable knowing these problems have been corrected.
