Service advisor Albert and shop manager were outstanding. I had blown a tire on a Friday afternoon and got it towed to the shop after 4PM. The rating is because of poor communication about when work would be completed. Even with an appointment my car took more than 5 business days to have service done. My sales experience at Gebhardt was very positive. When I was on site at Gebhardt, my service experience was also very positive. The people were friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The reason I only gave it three stars was because the ability for me to contact someone to find out what was going on with my car was extremely disappointing, One day I started calling at nine in the morning. Never got a return call till three or four in the afternoon. And only then after I called my sales rep to intervene. I even tried the online chat two times with no success. Although this is not related to Gebhardt, I thought I would take this opportunity to make a few comments about the car. I love the looks of the car inside and out, the performance and the gas mileage. Very disappointing the car had a major break down in the first month and a lot of the automated convenience. Features are driving me crazy. I have most of them turned off. I am hoping that the future releases of the software will correct many of the issues. More
