Her easy going, non-pressure style and extreme high attention to detail (which I personally pride myself on so my expectations are high) made the experience seamless and highly effective. Once I moved here, I wasn't even necessarily in need of another vehicle, however, Kat kept me informed of new vehicles that she knew I had an interest in. She is highly knowledgeable about her business and sincerely had my best interests in mind. I eventually purchased another vehicle, and yes, another vehicle, honestly, not because of the dealership, but because of Kat. Paul Mitchell was not helpful, was brusque, did not allow time for my questions about this difference in mileage. They charged me $1,000.00 for this overage. What a rip-off. When they leased me the car, when I asked about mileage, my question was brushed aside. Also kept me waiting quite a while. Car companies are such scammers ! More
