I found the dealership to be very responsive and helpful with the purchase of my new iX. I did find the “encouragement” to purchase additional add-on service protection a bit off-putting, even though there with the purchase of my new iX. Drove from Casper to see a vehicle. Jon Eric had the vehicle washed and ready for us to see and drive. Didn't have a lot of time and didn't take a lot of time to seal the deal. My one complaint was that I understood that it would only take a couple hours and having an appointment for 10:00 I thought I could go into town for lunch and come back around 1:00 to pick it up.
