The reason I only gave it three stars was because the ability for me to contact someone to find out what was going on with my car was extremely disappointing, One day I started calling at nine in the morning. Never got a return call till three or four in the afternoon. And only then after I called my sales rep to intervene. I even tried the online chat two times with no success. Although this is not related to Gebhardt, I thought I would take this opportunity to make a few comments about the car. I love the looks of the car inside and out, the performance and the gas mileage. Very disappointing the car had a major break down in the first month and a lot of the automated convenience. Features are driving me crazy. I have most of them turned off. I am hoping that the future releases of the software will correct many of the issues. More

Jeff goes out of his way to not only ensure that you are getting into the perfect vehicle but he also takes the time to make you feel comfortable and taken care of.
