When i purchased my 2024 GMC i purchased the package with all included maintenance but that doesn't cover a FUEL FILTER. So ask questions with the finance person you are dealing with because I was told all f all included maintenance but that doesn't cover a FUEL FILTER. So ask questions with the finance person you are dealing with because I was told all filters but the Service team says no just oil changes. So your engine air filter not included, cabin air filter not included, fuel filter not included. JUST OIL and filter. IM sorry but my air filter is changed out when i do my oil so it is not worth the money. I feel lied to and taken for a fool. Now the service team was good I always like Danielle but the front office needs to be more detailed and not try to upsell and not include all maintenance. As a maintenance company owner I feel that fuel filter is normal maintenance also engine air filter but not to them. So if i could give a half a star I would. and for a fuel filter ONLY change out $229.00 not the whole housing just the filter and change out sorry got me on that one but this is my 3rd GM diesel truck and that is price gauging plain and simple. More

Not happy at all with the services. After dealing with Mercedes's dealership, It is not what I expected. Car was being serviced for mechanical breakdown.Three months of ownership, I experienced this problem. I was told to leave my vehicle for 3days without a loaner or any consideration of a different mode of transportation or help. I purcashed this vehicle, not expecting this problem in three months. I am 79yrs young, and I am in need of transportation at all times.Also the Hatch has a noise when i come to a bump in the street or cross a track.They told me it was nothing can do.( I am supposed to drive this vehicle for 4yrs with noise) was very adamant in that statement. I am not understanding this. I am to drive this vehicle until they receive the part, becaused part was not available in shop. . I am referring to the Engine light that appeared on the dashboard. This is the problem that my vehicle went in for repair.. I am very much disappointed! I will be submitting a report to the General Manager of General Motors. I also asked for a manager at the place where I purchased this vehicle, I was told threre was was no one in charged, but was given a persons' I tried 3 times to contact him and left message on voicemail,no respond. I had to pay put of pocket to have a car availabe to me. More
