Easy to work with. Y’all do have issues as all other dealers do. I wasn’t happy that a test ride was 60 miles long and recieved my vehicle past the E mark on the gas gauge. Wasn’t happy that y’all pawned $695 worth of paint protection on my invoice to protect this vehicle on your lot. I also see no evidence that this protection was actually applied. You billed me for a 2 year inspection tag that was obviously on the vehicle when you purchased it. For its 6 months since it was applied to the windshield. Also other charges that you penny pinched. $1000 you billed me for something I don’t remember what it was. But it was nothing I would have agreed to. I bought this truck for $41,000 it was supposed to be checked out completely and that everything worked which wasn’t the case, but y’all made good on the problems in a somewhat timely manner. Was told the only reason it wasn’t certified was because you can only have so many certified vehicles on the lot at one time. I was told that this truck went through the same checks as a certified vehicle and passed on all points. Danielle & Peggy were a pleasure to work with give them 5 stars. I did feel a little swindled after the purchase with all the price add ons that weren’t verbally disclosed. But after the first day of having the vehicle I felt like I needed more protection so in away the warranty bundle that was worked up I felt happy that I have it. I would buy from y’all again but I would be better prepared to negotiate. I was good at that at one time. You did good, you sold me a vehicle for $10000 less than the original manufactured new sticker price, but claimed you were only making $800. I’m also not a fool. Even though he did show me on the computer. Also I thought the LTZ was the top of the line with every option available on the vehicle. But after having it a few days that is obviously not true. I do like the truck and it seems mechanically sound after finally getting it repaired. I do have a hard time understanding how an almost New vehicle on the day I purchased it needed a complete steer column, and other repairs? Hope there are no other unseen surprises. I chose not to buy new because of the issues that Chevy and Ford and Dodge have, mostly electrical pull your hair out stuff. Figured this one would have had its mishaps by now. It also has the 8 speed not the crappy 10 speed transmission another reason not to buy new. But also if I would have known that some dealerships were offering lifetime drive train warranty’s and oil changes. I may have went that way. Especially after every dealer started offering almost zero intrest, my note would have probably been the same as this 7% intrest that I’m not happy about especially with my credit rating and $21,000 down payment I could have got that rate with way less down and a crappy credit rating. The last one I bought 3 years ago was 2.4 % intrest. It dropped 3 points because I put $15,000 down on it with my same credit score. Well that’s the most of my experience. I am looking for a better intrest rate but that’s hard now because I don’t have that much to put down again. So far happy with the truck now that I finally get to drive it. I haven’t had a chance to check every feature out yet. Hoping I made a good choice because though I have spent a fortune on a extended warranty I’d rather not have to deal with lengthy repairs. Didn’t like that I had to go look through my papers to see exactly what you billed me for. I came there to finance $25,000 when I got home I see I was financing $31,000 after you added all these charges. I wasn’t going to get the extended warranty but you manager persistence on me getting it made me feel like ok they know this vehicle will need it. I am glad I got the extended warranty but it was way to high for just 5 years or 60,000 miles I think it was 60.000 miles so in reality about 3 years of protection that starts now instead of after manufacture warranty is finished. Don’t know how that is even legal. More
