Sales, Finance and Service departments have been great to work with! I bought my truck in June, found the back-up camera not working and informed salesman who then directed me to Ms. Earline in service. Ms work with! I bought my truck in June, found the back-up camera not working and informed salesman who then directed me to Ms. Earline in service. Ms. Earline got it checked out, found the camera non-functional and ordered a new one. It took a minute because the camera was on backorder, but it was installed last week, 08/31, and only took about 30 minutes for installation! Geaux Chevrolet has definitely earned a life-time customer and "referral agent"! More
