I had a package deal with Kia. You know the one that I was required to buy in order to buy a car from gay family auto? I was never notified that it ended and so when I went in for You know the one that I was required to buy in order to buy a car from gay family auto? I was never notified that it ended and so when I went in for my oil change and tire rotation thinking that my warranty would cover it I wasn’t told until after the fact, and when I got to the dealership that I owed $106. Anywhere else a tire rotation is free, but of course you guys have to charge for it. I don’t understand how you couldn’t have called me and told me that my warranty had expired before continuing with the services that I originally thought would have been free. I will never be returning and thank God that package is expired because I will never buy a car from gay family auto ever again More

Right now it’s been in your shop for over a month and half. I’ve made two truck notes since it’s been in the shop. I can’t believe it’s taking that long for an oxygen sensor. The last manger I talked to on wensday said truck was ready then tells me they just got parts in and it will be ready Friday and then he tells me you can pickup Monday give us the weekend to make sure it’s fixed. A whole week has gone by and not a word from nobody. So yeah a bunch of liers. More
