Although the service was fast. It wasn’t very welcoming. The main reason for my rating is I came for a recall replacement. I had an appointment for 2 recalls on my Kia. John took care of me right away and offered me a ride home, saying it would be about 4 hours. Glenn. the shuttle driver, was also very nice. I got a call at about the 3 hour mark to tell me Glenn would be back to pick me up in about 30 minutes which he did. The part I'm disappointed about is that when I picked up my car, I found out they only inspected it and had to order the parts to complete the recall. John was very nice and told me when the parts come in to call him and he would get me in quickly. My question is why don't they do the inspection and repair together? It seems it would save time for both the customer and the mechanic. More
