I had an appointment for 2 recalls on my Kia. John took care of me right away and offered me a ride home, saying it would be about 4 hours. Glenn. the shuttle driver, was also very nice. I got a call at about the 3 hour mark to tell me Glenn would be back to pick me up in about 30 minutes which he did. The part I'm disappointed about is that when I picked up my car, I found out they only inspected it and had to order the parts to complete the recall. John was very nice and told me when the parts come in to call him and he would get me in quickly. My question is why don't they do the inspection and repair together? It seems it would save time for both the customer and the mechanic. More

When I purchased my 2018 Kia, your service department was rated highly and and one of the reasons for the purchase. Now the service department leaves something to be desired. This has been so the past several times I have had my car in. I left my car this last time and was given no info. on how long it would be there. Since we have another car, that is not a big problem. Took it on Tuesday. Either Thursday or Friday I got a call saying that the parts were in and when could I bring the car in so that they could be installed. Then on top of that I received an email saying that I had missed my scheduled appointment and would I like to call and reschedule for work to be done. I called the service department and was told that they did have my car and that it would probably be ready the next day. I finally received a call on Wednesday at about 4:30 p.m. saying it was ready. Since I was never given any info on how long it might take (They did say that some of the parts might have to be ordered when I first took it in) I guess it did not warrant any "update" information after being there 9 days for lights on in the dash and a recall item. If/when I purchase another vehicle, it probably will not be here even though I really have no complaints about the car and the dealership is convenient for me. More

The reason for 3 stars is because the trim was supposed to be replaced on my car and when i asked about it they said it was replaced but replaced with black instead but when i got home my spouse stated the to be replaced on my car and when i asked about it they said it was replaced but replaced with black instead but when i got home my spouse stated they had not replaced the trim and was very upset that i was lied to More
