We had a fantastic experience at the Gay Family Kia dealership. We saw their stellar reviews online and decided to drive an hour east from our home to window shop for cars. I am so glad we did! We had come with pre-approved financing from our credit union, but the Kia financing specials proved to be extremely competitive and more within our budget. Christian - the finance guru - was a pleasure to work with as well and provided clarity whenever I was unsure of contract jargon. Overall, I am very happy with our purchase and the entire experience of buying a new car. Both Dr. Mike and Christian were extremely patient with us and even stayed late to make sure we were well taken care of. I really wish there was a Gay Family Kia in Fort Bend county, but for now we will make the trek to Dickinson for our next vehicle purchase! More
