Worst experience ever I bought a 2012 Silverado w 17k miles in Nov. 2015. Within 30 days I emailed the Chevy dealership that there was something wrong with the transmission I bought a 2012 Silverado w 17k miles in Nov. 2015. Within 30 days I emailed the Chevy dealership that there was something wrong with the transmission. They ignored, ignored n ignored it until finally addressing it. Couple times in the dealerships having me try this and that and waste 10k miles. Finally they said they could do anything. I addressed it to GM Corp and they said best they could do is 3,000 consumer cash on top of dealership trade in which is 28k. I just paid 39k. So I continue fighting and fighting and finally get them to take it for a week and fix it. They changed a couple of sensors and all good. The guy said if I didn't get it fixed I could end up being forced forward when breaking. So good thing I got it fixed huh. Nope, worst then when it started. What happeneds is when I break I can hear the gears clunking if my windows r open from underneath the car. The truck revs up between every shift and it feels like it's forcing me forward. Every once in awhile when accelerating it will hesitate quickly then keep going. Slowing down and accelerating again I heard clunks from my feet. Traction control light went off along with Stabilitrak. They fixed those but not the issues. So I'm sitting here with a truck that was 39k that came with these issues and is documented that were there from the get go and I'm being told it was a risk I took when buying a used vehicle. Not to mention it's certified... which apparently means nothing. So I escalated this to Alicia Bolero Davis's office who is a top executive in customer relations. Who I thought I'd be speaking with then I get their secretary who says she will look into it. Not like I haven't been doing this for 7 months now. And says that the trade in is only 28k because once I drive it off the lot it reduces it's value. Well I get that part in a normal scenario but this truck came damaged. She had no response to that. And says unless I can prove the guy said I could be pushed into traffic at anytime that she can use that. Even though I have plenty of messages with them saying he was gonna get fired if he kept talking to me and that everything about my files got locked up. Sounds suspicious to me. And I even addressed the comment he made about my trucking pushing forward into traffic in a text message and the response was they will see what they can do... Let's see what Alicia boler Davis's office has to say... Will update my experience More

I bought a new MAlibu from Andy at Gaults and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The way they sold the car I was under no pressure and even dealing with my trade in was great. Andy showed me everything abut the dealership before I even sat down to buy the car. Overall I have to say the process was great all the way down to Jim getting our zero % financing. I would strongly recommend anyone to buy there, I've been to Botnick's and Mathews chevy stores and they don't even compare. I had the oil change done at about 3k miles and the service people were great, they even offered to bring me to work or up to the mall to shop while my car was being worked on. In their waiting room they have wireless internet so this was a big help. More
