After spending $2000 on new brakes, I drove my car yesterday with awful sounds. Had it checked out the rear differential is shot with rusting and holes underneath. They are very dishonest. Could have told me the car wasn’t worth fixing and I would have used the $2000 down on a new used car. I am furious at this company. Shame! More

Charged for something not needed Brought in for NYS inspection and was told I had a twisted brake line and it would not pass inspection. I asked for pictures and they sent them so I forwarded them to NY DMV and called them. They told me they felt it was not something that should fail inspection but I had it done anyway. The cost was $50 and it wasn't worth having to take to another shop. After getting it home there was a terrible sound coming from back wheel. Called up and talked to Holly in service and she was very rude to me. I called back and asked to speak to the General Manager and am now awaiting his call back. Complete lack of professionalism from everyone so far. More

They do the lowest quality repair work I have seen. I had to visit them three times for a leaky tire, on a vehicle that I bought from them. They were even selling it with the tire sitting flat. It looks to me they are taking advantage of old people, and they treated me like like I could be fulled on any matter regarding the work that they did on the vehicle. More

A 2011 car shouldnt take a week to repair.I love your sales people but your service really stinks Ill buy from some one else in the future More
We asked Gault to perform an independent inspection of a car we were buying from someone else (small dealer). Gault refused, saying they wouldn't "help another dealership." Sherman's people were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed to put the car on the road safely. We ended up having several hundred dollars worth of repairs done there, too. Bite on that, Gault. More
