I went in to ask about a deal I saw on their website regarding leasing a Avalon. The salesman disregarded me and stated "oh we don't go by what's online." Why advertise it then?! Awful! I then asked this same gentleman if he could show me some hybrid civics to which he replied, "we don't have any here." The second I walked out I saw 2 in the lot. Totally incompetant. Sales staff make or break a dealership, and I am definetly not giving them my business after being treated like that. I'd never go there again. More

Went to Gault after having a hard time at Jack Sherman. They wouldnt even let me take the numbers home for the Camry I wanted because "I will just take them to another dealership". What a breath of fresh air. The salesman took his time and showed me all the features on the new Camry. I was surprised when Gault discounted the car without haggling and offered me more on my trade than Shermans did. When I told them I wanted to think about it for a night they didnt try to pressure me into a sale, and they let me take the numbers home to look things over. I would recomend Gault to anyone and will buy my next car from them. Thanks!   More

A 2011 car shouldnt take a week to repair.I love your sales people but your service really stinks Ill buy from some one else in the future More

I went to Gault Toyota hoping I could purchase a decent used car. They helped me to find financing for a brand new Matrix that beat out the used-car financing I was offered at other dealerships. I was given the opportunity to test drive as many cars as I wanted, and once I made the decision it was one of the easiest purchases I have ever experienced! Everything was done for me and I was called when it was time trade in my car and drive happily away. My boyfriend was ready to purchase a used car at another dealership, but I convinced him to talk to my salespeople, Renae Taylor and Dave Patterson. They helped him to get an amazing financing package on a new Yaris, and he also loves his car and loved the experience. We asked Gault to perform an independent inspection of a car we were buying from someone else (small dealer). Gault refused, saying they wouldn't "help another dealership."
