Never again!! I will never purchase, lease or have my Ford Explorer serviced at Gaudin Ford. Their cashier was blatantly rude; they promised to have my Explorer 5, I will never purchase, lease or have my Ford Explorer serviced at Gaudin Ford. On 9/10/15 I took my Fiesta in for service and received "Tires good at this time", I received the same tire rating during my oil change on 12/11/15. I took my car in to fill up tires on 12/17 and Hector in the Quick Lane mentioned that my tires were bad and were dry rot. Today, 2/15 my car was taken in for service and I received "Tires good at this time". My tires are NOT good at this time. It took speaking with a non mechanic/technician, Lisa, about a separate issue before anyone actually looked at my tires and saw the bad condition they are in. Clearly, no one in Service actually provides service or does their job since it took non-mechanics to bring up an issue that should have been seen in these "multi point inspections". Gaudin Ford has a sketchy and haphazard "service" department which is why my car had to be brought in for service today and I had to pay another deductible because it was not done the first time in September. In conclusion, STAY AWAY. More

Gaudin's Service Dept is a Scam Shop Triple charged my Mom for diagnostics. yes, $130, $130, and $170 for the same trip. She said her oil pressure gauge wasn't moving? It doesn't!...yet Triple charged my Mom for diagnostics. yes, $130, $130, and $170 for the same trip. She said her oil pressure gauge wasn't moving? It doesn't!...yet they charged her rather than telling her that. After she paid I called the general manager and never received a callback. wonder why? Unfortunately she called me after she paid. This is the second time she has been overcharged and the 3rd time the service writer has recommended repairs that were unneeded. She came in for an oil change and brake check! The ABS light was on. That was never fixed.....but they want to flush the brake fluid???? This is a scam shop!! stay away!!! Bet this review doesn't show up....I'll post it in other places. More

The other shop couldn't get the problematic spark plug out and recommended we take our Lincoln Navigator to a dealer. They suggested Gaudin Ford. Since we were visiting from out of town Adam Pia helped expedite the diagnosis of our problem and had us going in just a few hours. The mechanic at Gaudin was able to get out the misfiring spark plug. It apparently had some build up around it and the socket had to be pounded on. The mechanic at the previous shop thought the spark plug was spinning, which would have indicated a much more serious problem. We were so grateful to get our car going with for a few hundred dollars instead of a few thousand. More

World Class Service I recently relocated to Las Vegas from Florida. My wife and I wanted to make the trip together in one vehicle (My Ford F 150) and were planning to p I recently relocated to Las Vegas from Florida. My wife and I wanted to make the trip together in one vehicle (My Ford F 150) and were planning to pull a trailer. We decided to ship her vehicle and made arrangements with a transporter. We needed someone to receive her car in Las Vegas as it was due to arrive 2 days before us. Our intention was to pick her car up at the dealership once we arrived. I was able to contact Keith Swain (Inventory Manager) at Gaudin Ford. Keith agreed to receive and inspect my wife's Mercedes when it arrived in Las Vegas as a courtesy to us. He maintained contact through email and agreed on a pick up date at the dealership. The morning that we were set to pick the vehicle up Keith called as we were in route. He let us know that the car was ready for pick up and that he was at the store and available to assist. My expectation was that following a 2000 mile trip on a transport truck that the car would be in need of a serious cleaning. Much to my surprise, the car was up front ready to go and fully detailed right down to the tire shine! Keith was super friendly and handed me the keys with a smile! Did I mention....this was all done as a courtesy! I was charged nothing yet the level of service was world class! Keith Swain is a shining example of how people make the difference! Gaudin Ford has earned a customer for life! I had my Ford F 150 in for service just a couple of days ago and will continue to do business with this store! I highly recommend! Thank you Keith Swain! They tried to kill me. I took my 1991 Ford Taurus in for an old recall on the subframe. After waiting 10.5 hours they gave me the car back not safe to drive. They performed the recall, but did not re-install an entire lower bushing. This made it so the car was nearly impossible to turn left. A very unsafe condition. I even supplied them with new bushings, as they weren't covered under the recall. They refused to install the bushings. I brought all of this to the attention of the service manager, John Lindsay, who admitted they should have installed the bushings. He then gave me a free oil change worth $37. I told him that was unsatisfactory, he shrugged. I have pictures and their word they screwed up. $37 is not worth them risking my life. Nic Ave More

I have a Ford Explorer that has two doors that open only from the outside. I made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday at 8:00 am. I was first in line in the morning, and immediately after me a huge line formed. My service advisor, Bill Derry, appeared hungover and tired, hands shaking, as he was entering the information in the computer. He told me they might need to order parts, and I said, OK, let me know if that's the case, I'll pick up my car and bring it back when the parts are in. I called him mid day, but he had no update. At 4:30, I called again, I reminded him of who I was, he said they hadn't even looked at my car because I didn't have an appointment and they had to handle those customers first. I got really aggravated and I reminded him that I was the first in line at 8:00 am, and he mumbled something about "oh, well, they'll look at it sometimes tomorrow". I called back and asked for the service manager, Lisa, who looked into the situation, then she called me back and confirmed that, indeed, they hadn't looked at it and the techs leave at 4:00 pm. For the "inconvenience", I would get 10% off (WOW). I will see what they say tomorrow and decide if I trust them to actually fix the problem. I have TWO Fords and I will absolutely NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR ANY SERVICE ISSUE!!!!!!!! If it has to be done at the dealer, I'll go to a different one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
