I travelled from Wyoming to Las Vegas and during the trip my car engine light came on. I contacted Gaudin Ford to discover what they could do get my car fixed and back on the road. Turned out that an Oxyge my car engine light came on. I contacted Gaudin Ford to discover what they could do get my car fixed and back on the road. Turned out that an Oxygen sensor had gone bad. Gaudin Ford, and more specifically, Ryan Burdick and technician, put my car in the shop and completed the task in amazing time. Ryan explained everything to me that would need to be done to get back on the road. Very detailed and specific so I would understand. Knowing that I was from out of town, Ryan worked with me on procedure and total cost. My experience with Gaudin Ford and Ryan was above expectations. Thank you Ryan, for making my experience with Gaudin Ford very pleasurable. More

Service Dept sucks. Don’t bother making an appointment - they won’t honor them. I made an appointment for an AC inspection that many independent shops offer for free. I made the appointment one week in adva they won’t honor them. I made an appointment for an AC inspection that many independent shops offer for free. I made the appointment one week in advance and received a confirmation email that I was all set. The morning of the appointment they called me and said that I would need to leave the vehicle and it may take 1 to 4 days for them to get to it. When i mentioned that I had a confirmed appointment the service xxxxxxx said that it isn’t really an appointment but rather just a time to bring in your vehicle and leave it fot the 4 day period. What a crappy way to treat customers. More
Yet again I need to thank the Service Team at Gaudin Ford, (especially “Christian” this time round) for continuing to offer nothing but exceptional Customer Service to their customers. Initially I ha Ford, (especially “Christian” this time round) for continuing to offer nothing but exceptional Customer Service to their customers. Initially I had stopped in to simply ask a question about a part on my car, within a few minutes of getting that info from “Christian” (my awesome Service Advisor), he was quick to point out a couple items that was recommended might need attention. Needless to say it was a good thing that I stopped by, what happened next was definitely not planned, I unexpectedly ended up leaving the car with the team so they can address a few items that were in need of repair / replacement. They also helped me with transportation arrangements. It definitely was not the goal of the dealership to “intentionally get me to drop my car off and charge me for things I didn’t need”, everything needed was 100% valid and for that I want to say again “many thanks” to Christian (Austin, Lisa and the rest of the Service Team & Mechanics) for their expertise, “empathy” and “attention to detail” with regards to taking care of their customers and for making sure of my vehicle’s continued health continues to be just that – healthy… All the best, stay well and stay safe out there… MB More

It seems they use an impact wrench on the drain plug. I have replaced two of them so far. I have mentioned this to service advisor but it keeps happening. I will bring it for next service since I have paid for the service contract but DO NOT want them to change the oil. I would like to be refunded for the 2 new drain plugs I have purchased. Nearly turned my car into a lemon I've been taking my car to Ford Dealerships for service for the past nine years. Up till now have never had any problems. I had visited two other For I've been taking my car to Ford Dealerships for service for the past nine years. Up till now have never had any problems. I had visited two other Ford Dealerships in Las Vegas before I responded to a mailer for a discounted oil change at Gaudin. I went in and was not aware of any issues. They did a 10 point check that included a power steering flush, and found an issue with a tie-rod assemby that had to be replaced. Somehow in doing the replacement they got oil all over the undercarriage. Also in their checks and work they lost the battery-tie-down bolt, and overtightened the oil nut. When my oil nut began leaking and my belts were squealing I took the car to a local oil change place and they showed me the oil leaking from around the nut. They also showed me the oil around the tire base and the bottom of my drive belt (the cause of the squealing was grease) from the shoddy repair. We fixed this issue by replacing the oil nut and shop cleaning. They also noticed that when I had my power steering fluid flushed Gaudin had replaced it with the wrong color fluid. I had the honest shop do all the work except the power steering fluid and the battery bolt. I replaced the battery bolt myself but took pictures of the color of the fluid in the power steering basin to send to Ford Corporate. I can't believe that single visit to Gaudin has cost me so many return service issues. More

Every time I've had an appointment I find out hours (or even DAYS) later that they haven't even looked at the car yet. What is the purpose of having an appointment then? Dropped my car off at 8:30 am for a recall. Called at 1pm. Was informed that they do follow up calls after lunch. Told them I needed my car by 4 and the recall paper said it should take "less than half a day" and that I hadn't expected them to take this long to not even look at it yet. They responded by saying the mechanics were also at lunch but if its not done by 4 they'll have it ready for pickup without doing the work. OK, thanks for nothing. More
I have been a Ford Owner now for 40years. 30 of those years have been with Gaudin Ford. I currently own 5 Ford’s in my Fleet, can’t get the kids off the payroll 🙄. I Love my Ford’s but it’s the P years have been with Gaudin Ford. I currently own 5 Ford’s in my Fleet, can’t get the kids off the payroll 🙄. I Love my Ford’s but it’s the PEOPLE in the Service Department that keep me from buying anything else. I can get a good price on a car/truck anywhere. Finding Honest, Trustworthy people that treat you like family is impossible to find. I value Lisa Contreras and her team so much that we bring my daughters Dodge Challenger here for service (has to be one in every family 🙄😂) I know that the work will Always be done right and if there are any issues they all work diligently to resolve it. I haven’t taken any of my cars anyplace else for 30 years and will continue my relationship with Gaudin Service as long as they keep these Great People on their Team. There are many options available for car sales and service. I work extremely hard for what little money I have and I only give it to People who earned my trust and respect. Great Job Gaudin Service Department, keep up the Fantastic Service I have received for 30 years 🙏 More
