The friendliness of every Gaudin employee we encountered was refreshing; esp for a Monday morning. Our service advisor was GREAT; I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable asking questions, like I thought I wou was refreshing; esp for a Monday morning. Dave called me to update me before I had any time to wonder what was going on. He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. And Donnie gave real information, he gave specifics, like "the part will be in by the 31st" even tho it was early in the month, at least I had something solid to work with. Both guys were super helpful and easy to deal with, because of Dave and Donnie, I will come back to Gaudin if I need more help with my car, and when we are ready to buy a truck for my husband. More

I came in to gaudin ford to have service on my 2001 mustang on oct/13/2012. I was approached by bob kratsch about trading my car in. I was a bit reluctant to buy a car because of dealings with past car mustang on oct/13/2012. I was approached by bob kratsch about trading my car in. I have recommended them to a friend of mine, and would certainly buy a car from gaudin in the futere. The finance manager ken chapman was very informative, knowlagable, and courteous. All in all a great car buying expirience. More
I went in because my airbag light was on. Cat (Service Writer) called to tell me a plug had been damaged and was not covered under warranty. I asked if it just needed to be plugged back and zip tied, she Writer) called to tell me a plug had been damaged and was not covered under warranty. I asked if it just needed to be plugged back and zip tied, she said that the whole plug had to be replaced and it would cost $115. I agreed. When I picked up my car I found that the plug had just been put back together and zip tied. I called another Ford dealership and they said that would be covered under warranty, and said Gaudin most likely charged Ford for an hour of diagnostic and was "double dipping". After complaining the General Manager said he was embarrassed and refunded my money. If you do decide to use Gaudin for warranty work make sure they don't lie and charge you extra. More

My 2006 Superduty truck broke down on I-15 just south of Las Vegas. I called Gaudin Ford and asked if they had a diesel mechanic on duty, and if they would be able to look at my truck. They told me no problem as long as I showed up before 12 noon. When I arrived around 10:30 AM they told me they would not be able to look at the truck, that the diesel mechanics had left for the day.. After insisting I spoke with someone an hour prior, that told me to come on in, they said "sorry, we might be able to get to it Monday". POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.............. This dealership obviously has internal communication issues.. More
