I rated customer service only "good" because I waited about five minutes for a service advisor to come out the the Quicklane. Then, with three customers waiting, three service advisors came out a waited about five minutes for a service advisor to come out the the Quicklane. On a previous visit (10/15/12)I was told that the Quicklane area was backed up and I could expect at least an hour wait, so I left without getting my oil changed. More
I had a few issues with build quality that were noticed after taking delivery. I was treated quickly, efficiently, very courteously, Bob delivered lunch while I was filling out paperwork, John came by to visit, and sit with me while some one fetched the paperwork, Chris demonstrated fe delivered lunch while I was filling out paperwork, John came by to visit, and sit with me while some one fetched the paperwork, Chris demonstrated features on the car, and went with me on the test drive, and Bob explained everything on the steering wheel, and dashboard , and set up my telephone, etc. and filled the car with gas. !! I have become very Friendly with many agents there, but unfortunatlley they have left because of retire 20 years ago. I have bought many cars here.
