Working with John and Pat was such a positive experience and they took the "Drama and Trauma" out of buying a new car. These gentlemen could not have been more cordial or forthwright in their manner. We agreed on a model and when it was not readily available they suggested ordering the car made to our spec. We were made well aware of the lead time necessary, and that worked for us, so we intiated the deal. The catch was that the car was to have been available at Christmas and we had plans to be out of town for an extended period of time. John assured us the car would be waiting for us and they would not sell it to someone else! The car arrived and we took delivery in January. The entire process was so positive that I wish we needed to buy another car! More
