Went to Gaudin and dealt with Greg Anderson on a referral from a friend. I called and made an appointment with Greg. We showed up and Greg met us with several vehicles that matched what we were looking for. We went for a test drive and Greg was very informative about the Fiesta we test drove. We picked the Fiesta that matched our preferences and went in to start the paperwork. We went in and did some negotiating on our trade in and some options for our car. They gave us a very fair trade in value for our old car and had several rebate options thru Ford. Greg helped us pick the best options and off we went to financing. The financing dept actually found a better interest rate than our credit union had pre approved us for. That allowed us to purchase a better extended warranty. Our monthly payment is within the budget that we went in with. We were out of the dealership within 3 hrs and are more than satisfied with our experience there! Would recommend this dealership highly! More
I came to the dealer with a short laundry list of car issues. Chris Rogers was able to access my vehicle needs, recommend a course of action, follow-up with the technicians findings, submit the issue to issues. My experience began positively, and I nearly purchased a vehicle from Gaudin. John Blink was personable and had a generally thorough understanding of the vehicle in question (2013 Explorer XLT). He DID attempt to upsell the vehicle by adding a security system, in spite of the fact that the package identified came with a perimeter alarm STANDARD. After correcting this, I agreed to move ahead with the deal. Being lat in the model year, the specified vehicle was not in local inventory, but Gaudin arranged for transfer of a matching vehicle from a dealership in California. I agreed in principle to this deal, but continued to investigate other dealerships in the region for competitive deals. Upon learning of this, Mr. Blink became rude and opined that "...I was clearly not interested in the deal he had offered". In fact, I was utilizing a practice commonly refered to as "shopping", a practice that did not sit well with him. As I attempted to assure him in a phone conversation that I was happy give him the opportunity to negotiate a deal, he abruptly cut off the conversation and hung up the phone. He was apparently only interested in customers who represented "low-hanging fruit" and had no desire or competence to actually practice salesmanship. I'm happy to take my business (and Mr. Blink's commission) to one of Gaudin's competitors. More

My husband and I have been loyal Nissan customers for at least 10 years and have purchased 9 Nissans. When we arrived at Gaudin Ford, the salesman Ramiro greeted us and offered us something to drink. He t least 10 years and have purchased 9 Nissans. When we arrived at Gaudin Ford, the salesman Ramiro greeted us and offered us something to drink. He took us around to see several F-150s until we found one that we liked with the accessories we wanted. When we decided on the truck we wanted but the monthly payment was not what we wanted, without telling us what he was doing, Ramiro went out onto the lot to find a truck with the things we wanted that would put us in the monthly price range we needed. When we fell in love with the truck we wanted Pat worked really hard to get the loan approved within the price range we were looking for. Throughout our experience we were treated like family by both Ramiro & Pat, and never felt taken advantage of, disprespected or like we were dollar signs. At Nissan, eventhough we were loyal customers the experience always felt like the dealer had the upper hand and that we were just a paycheck to them. Our experience at Gaudin NEVER felt like that!!!! To top it all off when we took delivery of the truck Ramiro had taken it upon himself to remove the license plate from our trade in. At Nissan we always brought a screwdriver to take off our old plates, so this small act by Ramiro made a HUGE impression. I have already given Ramiro's card to several people I know looking to purchase a car & I will continue to recommend Ramiro to any one I know in the market for a vehicle. I have been in the service industry for 20 years and I work extremely hard to make sure all of my customers feel welcomed like family, because of the level of service we received from Ramiro & Pat, my husband and I will be loyal customers for many years to come. One week after purchasing a used 2008 Hyundai Accent from Gaudin Ford, the Check Engine light went on. When I called the dealership to get it fixed, I was given the run around by an inflexible policy on loan Gaudin Ford, the Check Engine light went on. When I finally was able to get one of their mechanics to look at the vehicle, I was told that it was a leak in the gas cap. After purchasing a gas cap, the light remained on. It has now been nearly 30 days since the purchase of my vehicle and the light is STILL ON!! I have been told by another mechanic that there is most likely another issue with the car that will need to be repaired. I will NOT be returning to Gaudin Ford because they sell used cars that are NOT in good condition and when something goes wrong with one of their POOR QUALITY cars, they do NOTHING!! I trusted this dealership to sell me a decent used car. They broke that trust. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again and I will tell everyone I know NOT to buy a vehicle from them either because they are NOT TRUSTWORTHY. More
