I have done my automotive shopping with Gaudin Ford for my last 5 vehicles, both at the previous location on East Sahara and the new one on Roy Horn Way. Recently purchased a new F150 4X4. I live out of state but liked the salesman, Gary. He did a great job. Really knew his product and if he wasn't sure of a feature, he would get an answer for me. Took a lot of time to pair my phone with the truck blue tooth. Next time, I would negotiate price a little more aggressively but really liked working with Gary. The entire process took awhile, longer than I was prepared for, but the dealer added a couple of items that I asked for. They were very accomodating. Highly recommend both Gaudin and Gary Mynhier. I went on-line to the Gaudin web-site to gain information about a specific vehicle. I entered my information and received a call within 5 minutes. It was Mike Wolf. Mike was very informative. He answered all my questions, researched the worth of my trade and called me back promptly. Arrived at the dealership on Saturday afternoon and received courteous and professional service from Mike. We found he car I wanted and he worked very hard to get to the price and monthly payment we had discusssed. I left that day with a new vehicle and the utmost respect for Mike and Gaudin Ford. Since then I have had a couple of opportunities to see and talk with Mike. He has gone above and beyond to make my experience very enjoyable. My wife and I were very impressed with the way Gaudin Ford treated us as customers. As we arrived in the showroom we were greeted by Sherman Reif Sales consultant. We were offered something to drink and ask how he could help us. I told him the type of vehicle we were looking for and he checked his dealer stock and also checked his computer. I drove several vehicles before finding the one I was interested in. It didn't have a couple of Items I liked and he told me he would have them installed that way I would have the vehicle I wanted. The equipment was installed and the work is excellent. My wife and I were very pleased at the way everyone at Gaudin Ford made our buying experience a pleasure. They worked with us to make sure we received the best interest rate on the loan. Sherman made follow up phone calls to us to see everything was going great and the vehicle was performing well. Every once in a while, you run across a business that has outstanding employees. Gaudin is one of those and one employee in particular: Domenic LaSala. I was in the market for a new truck and I used the For outstanding employees. Gaudin is one of those and one employee in particular: Domenic LaSala. I was in the market for a new truck and I used the Ford Corporate web site to build and price the truck I wanted. I sent the build sheets to several local and out of state dealerships for cost and delivery comparisons. Domenic answered the mail for Gaudin, which for me was great! While all the dealers supplied virtually the same out the door cost, Domenic made the difference in helping me make the decision to use Gaudin. He worked with me to refine the options and answered all questions without embellishment and factually. Which, by the way, is rare. When it came time for me to place my order, he did that with skill and passion for the product and for us as well. Interruptions in the process were few and he got us out the door with minimal fuss. He provided me a build schedule for my truck and then maintained contact with me to help me track its delivery to Gaudin and ultimately to me. When I asked questions, he took the time necessary to track down answers for me, again a rare employee action. During the waiting time for delivery, I brought my trade in for Gaudin to assess for trade in value. Domenic took care of that as well and that helped me considerably. It made my decision to "trade in" rather than for me to sell. When the new truck arrived, he took time to finalize the paper work, and to make sure that everything was in order. It turns out that it wasn't because an alarm system had not been installed. When that was discovered, Domenic took the time necessary to explain to us what had happened and then had a technician install the missing alarm system for us. We appreciate the timely manner in which he took care of that issue for us. I feel that Domenic is a great Gaudin employee and ambassador for the dealership. He is a "keeper"! I went into the dealership to look at new vehicles. I have had some credit issues in the past, including a bankruptcy not quite 2 years old so I was not expecting much. last year I bought a 2013 v6 mustang i like the car I did the test drive and we made ??the deal. After a few weeks of having the car I heard a noise in the shocks or struts, when I go over the speed bumps, t the test drive and we made ??the deal. After a few weeks of having the car I heard a noise in the shocks or struts, when I go over the speed bumps, the noise was annoying, sounded very strong, as it hit something, I went to the dealer to explain, after reviewing it told me there was no problem, everything looks fine nothing was wrong. I call FORD they told me don't worry, everything will be fine. Well after many trips to the dealer talking with supervisors and manages they said that the car does not have a problem there but the noise was still there. I was very disappointed with the car I heard few other different noises I decided to trade in the mustang ford a Toyota. I will never recommend this cars of this dealer to nobody it was a very disappointed experience ....!! More
