I had a great experience at Gaudin Ford. I was very upside-down on my trade, and I was skeptical I would be able to get financed with so much negative equity. But they made it work and got me into the upside-down on my trade, and I was skeptical I would be able to get financed with so much negative equity. But they made it work and got me into the car I wanted with only a $7.00/month increase in my payment. Also, there was a minor paint defect on the new car, which they fixed right away and paid for my rental car for the three days it was in the body shop. Tanner (my salesperson) even made sure to be there when I picked up the car from the body shop to make sure it was acceptable. The customer service was great and they never made me feel bad about my financial situation. I would definitely recommend Gaudin Ford and hopefully I will be making another purchase there in a few years! I am active duty military, so I don't know if I'll still be in the local area when it's time to trade in my car. But if I'm still here, I will definitely go to Gaudin Ford. I've bought several cars in my life, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. More

Sergio was unavailable because he was with a previous customer so Javier Avila helped me with the test drive. He was very helpful. He was able to find the exact car I wanted at another dealership. Javier actually went and picked it up that evening. When I came back the next day to buy the car, Sergio took over with the paperwork. He was very helpful and we got the deal done quickly. Of course, paying cash makes things move fast. Sergio helped me with the Sync system and all of the other things that the car had to offer. I appreciate the fact that extras, like an extended warranty, were not push on me. They asked and I declined; case closed. I was very pleased with the way Gaudin Ford treated me and will recommend them to my friends. More

We moved from the east coast and had a long standing 40 year relationship with a Ford dealership who had a great service dept. I called to make an appointment with Gaudin since they were closest to us. I made an appointment for 7am a week in advance to get the vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. I arrived at 6:50am and waited at the service window for someone to appear since they opened at 7am. None of the 3 people in the showroom showed any interest in assisting me. At 7am I finally asked an employee making coffee where the service people were. I was told to go outside to the center service bay and get in line. Once I pulled in I gave the paperwork to an employee and told him of my experience so far at Gaudin Ford. He said the people inside had "bankers hours". I was told it was going to take awhile since not all the service techs were in yet. I left and have scheduled the recall at another Ford dealership, so much for customer service. If you are looking for a "la di da" yuppie ford dealership who run on their own schedule, not yours, then Gaudin Ford is for you. We are in the market for a 2014 Taurus Limited, but I don't think we will be back to deal with the yuppies! A week later Friendly Ford performed the service necessary for the recall and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 40 minutes after my appointment time. The service manager even told me not to schedule the appointment before 8am when the mechanics arrived. This is a true no baloney dealership! They probably will get our next Ford purchase, not Gaudin. More
I had been looking for a particular truck for a while without any sucess. I didn't think a new one would be what I wanted mostly because of price, but I found what I was looking for at Gaudin and they wo without any sucess. I didn't think a new one would be what I wanted mostly because of price, but I found what I was looking for at Gaudin and they worked a deal for me that I thought was fair to both of us. They were very friendly and most importantly, I never felt pressured. Mike let me make my own way at my own pace until I was ready and then he was very helpful in all respects. The entire experience was pleasant and not what I was expecting as I had been looking around and felt pressured everywhere else that I had looked. Last summer's team wa Good dealer, good team, good car. This is my fourth new Mustang since the 2010 model year, and the third from Gaudin Ford. Last summer's team was not nearly as helpful. No one even found the right Mustang to even try and write a buyers order (deal) on. I had to buy that Mustang elsewhere. They got it right this year, as they seem to being growing again, now in their new location. I plan to make Gaudin one of stops again next year during my annual summer new car buying experience.
