If I could leave 0 stars for this dealership, I would. I bought a brand new 2022 truck in February 2022. From the beginning the finance manager, Jim Knight, tried to trick me with promising a certain payment plan and went back on his word (nothing new there at a dealership). The sales person, Mladen Raychev, sold me this car without making sure it was checked out by the service department. The brake pads automatically needed to be replaced, along with the gear shift module. The sales manager, Mick Gurley, absolutely didn't help or even call to ask what was going on considering they sold me a brand new car that was already needing work done. I was in my 1st rental car while they tried to "figure out" how to do this. They instructed to me to drive on bad brake pads until they were able to get the order in. Once the order was in I was put into a 2nd rental car. Upon picking up my car, the service department dropped something on the hood and the paint was completely scratched down to the metal. The service department also scratched ALL of the plastic trim around the car and it needed to be re-ordered. I was then put into a 3rd rental car so they can fix the paint they damaged and the trim. The service department manager, Tamius 'T' Soto, finally got involved and contacted me. He told me he would take care of it. He told me a day and time when the car was going to be ready and when I showed up he was not there and there was ANOTHER paint chip!!! The shop forman, Chris Hansen, came out and had no clue what was going on with my car and didn't care that his shop has continuously damaged my car. I am in utter shock at this dealership and service department. There was no type of compensation for all of this. The two store managers, Bryant Gilligan and Wesley Greg, have not called me a single time to see how/if they can help with the disaster they have put me through with buying a brand new FORD after 12 years. A service rep, Laurel Trimbath, called me one time saying she was going to help me and never contacted me again and has not answered any of my calls. PLEASE beware of this dealership, they truly don't care about anything other than the sale and the service department has destroyed my brand new car and I was in multiple rental cars within a 3 month span. I have to get the paint fixed elsewhere and I will be reporting this to corporate. More

Let me explain why this is the most unethical dealership & service center I have ever encountered. Four years ago, someone got ahold of some of my sensitive information, tweaked it slightly and then used & service center I have ever encountered. Four years ago, someone got ahold of some of my sensitive information, tweaked it slightly and then used it to shop for a car loan at Gaudin Ford. This caused me to be hit with several hard inquiries on my credit report. My real social security number was used, a variation of my name was used and then an address that I’ve never lived at was provided as the home address. A Ford F-350 was purchased (I’ve never owned a Ford F-350) and it has since been serviced dozens of times at Gaudin Ford. I’ve been contacted by Gaudin Ford up to 10 times every month by email for the last FOUR YEARS to provide updates on the “services of my F-350” again, that I’ve never owned. Sometimes the email identifies me as “Harry Joe” (not my name and even sounds fake) or it will use my actual FULL legal name (my real first, middle and last name) in emails updating me about “my” Ford F-350. Using someone's full legal name to inform them that they just had an oil change (I didn’t) on their vehicle (that isn’t mine) is a bit ridiculous in the first place and further highlights concerns with the handling of people’s sensitive information. For the last four years, I’ve called & emailed Gaudin Ford to notify them of their error and the fact that they are allowing someone to abuse my personal, sensitive information and perpetuating that behavior by not doing anything to correct this on their end. Numerous individuals at Gaudin Ford have promised to get their error fixed so that I’d no longer be the victim of misuse of my information. Yet nothing has changed. The fact that no one at Gaudin Ford seems to care to look into this situation and actually fix it has caused direct harm to my credit report & score, as well as several years of constantly being reminded (with up to 10 emails a month) of the fact that this dealership & service center has continued to allow this to happen and I’m the one who pays the price for their negligence. WHEN I CALLED Gaudin Ford and informed them that someone used my information at their dealership to seek an auto loan, they told me there is nothing they can do and that I will have to call the three credit bureaus. When I called them, they informed me that misuse of personal information has to be handled “at the source” - meaning the dealership that allowed it to happen in the first place. When I called Gaudin Ford back to tell them this, they said it’s not their fault and they took no accountability on their end. To take it a step further, they continue to spam & harass me practically daily. I have informed Gaudin Ford on multiple occasions in the past that if I continue to receive emails about things I had nothing to do with besides being a victim of Gaudin Ford’s laziness and perpetuating this problem, I will be seeking legal action and that this entire situation is becoming a legal matter. No surprise, I still continue to be spammed & harassed. They STILL won’t do anything about this. It took two years for the hard inquiries to fall off my credit report and it’s been four years of being reminded on a daily basis that this dealership did NOTHING to help me - and help themselves in correcting their inability to prevent the misuse of personal information at their dealership. Ford Motor Company Corporate is being notified of this dealership’s harassment, mishandling & abuse of personal information. I have the names of everyone who has ever claimed to be helping me over the past four years at Gaudin Ford and I look forward to including them as responsible parties. - NOT Harry Joe More

FIRST TIME BUYERS BEWARE! Do not get an online quote. First it might not even be the car as advertised the features nor the price. I filled out the credit application and got Do not get an online quote. First it might not even be the car as advertised the features nor the price. I filled out the credit application and got a quote on a specific car. Scheduled an appointment to test drive it. I test drove the car all the features you could ask for. I didn't think to check the VIN on the vehicle with my quote thinking this car I was driving was the one I got the quote on, Went in to do the financing and he told me (I don't know who did the financing (he is not on the staff roster) that they needed more money down than what I had told them I had in the quote. So I went home, had already purchased insurance on the car, was ready to buy, desperate to have a good running legal vehicle, had put to much money into trying to make mine to continue running. Anyway got another quote with them already for another car same make and model with them already having checked my credit. Took that quote in the following week and they told me it was to low of a price for a loan but they had another one same make and model and same price as the one I test drove the week before. Better color grey instead of beige. So I was ready to buy I knew I had been approved for credit on that same year, make and model and had been quoted on that. I asked 3x if it was the same terms was confirmed that it was so when asked to sign I did so without a glance. They had me sitting there for an hour and half when all the paper work was completed already. Come to find out this vehicle was the one I was supposed to have test drove the week before but this one has none of the features as described in the advertisement, he charged me more than what was advertised, the APR had 2.5% more added to it. I agreed to purchase GAP insurance for $20.00 extra added to my payment and he slid in ExtraCare and TireCare like it was part of the GAP to a total cost of $3500 for a grand total of a price that doubles the asking price of the vehicle to begin with all without discussing or disclosing any changes. He did not tell me until I was walking out who I was financed by. I still do not know where or how to make my payment. There is more to say about how these two guys conducted business but I am just going to file a complaint with Consumer Protection Bureau today. More

This dealership has some good employees. I can't speak for everyone, but so far, everyone I've asked for assistance has been genuine and not the pushy salesman type. Sergio, the salesman who I can't speak for everyone, but so far, everyone I've asked for assistance has been genuine and not the pushy salesman type. Sergio, the salesman who helped me with my purchase, was great and sold me my vehicle without the insane markup prices many dealerships are doing. I ordered my vehicle back in January and so im glad they did not oversell my vehicle due to the market. Overall my purchase and experience was great and Sergio has been extremely helpful. More
