We received a special invitation to trade in our vehicle. We weren’t looking to get a new vehicle, we thought we would see what the order was all about. Or customer service rep Jacob, was about what we would expect for a customer service rep. He found us a car we liked and got the ball rolling. Then we went back to financing with Devonn Mansour. He was extremely charming and charismatic. Our deal was for the purchase price of 31,115 with a 10% interest rate, no money down. Devonn proceeded to tell us he was able to call in a favor and get us a 5.9% interest rate, a service/maintenance plan, and gap insurance using certificates and discounts. All with no increase in our payment. We felt very happy and felt like we had made a good decision. He chose his words carefully, and I admit the onus is on me for not demanding to see the agreed upon contract in paper, in my hands, as opposed to on his computer screen (purposely designed that way- to keep people from carefully looking at what they are “stacking” onto the contract). Devonn said he liked us and chose to use his favor and certificates on us and how special it was to receive. Furthermore, I was told that in order to receive the special service/maintenance I would have to sign over my Ford pass points to him. When all was said and done and I looked over my signed contract after he printed it for me, it showed that 5500.00 for service/maintenance was added to my loan, as was 950.00 for gap insurance. Making the actual purchase price over 39,000 after taxes and fees. Devonn chose his words carefully as to inspire confidence in his authenticity. He did not “throw in” a service/maintenance contract and gap insurance using one time only special discounts and certificates. He added them to the price of the car and lowered my interest rate as to not show an increase in the monthly payment. That’s great, however, if I knew that these services would be added to my loan, I never would have done it. Devonn did not ever disclose them verbally as being put onto my loan. I was under the impression these were things he used discounts and certificates to find. Bottom line, the salesperson was as expected. The finance guy Devonn swooped in to bring up our moods, tell us how great he was for throwing all these things in, and to my great shame and embarrassment, I let it happen. I know better, but shame on Gaudin Ford for supporting such underhanded practices disguised as genuine savings. Look it up, there was a class action lawsuit against a dealership in New York, for literally the same thing, almost to the exact detail. I will never go to Gaudin Ford again, and I would only recommend them to my worst enemy. More

I have helped my kids, friends, and colleague's out be recommending them to Gaudin. Shame on me. I won't' any more... Why? Well, here we go.... This past month, I bought 3 Cars from them. 2x 2023 Bronco Sports (1 of each of my kids) and 1 2023 Bronco WildTrak for my wife's 50th Birthday.... My credit score is 841, they tried to rip me off with a 10.99% interest rate. The told me the Director said they have to keep all loans with Ford Financing. The finance manager told me that he always adds 2% to the approved rate he gets approved for the buyer. Even in this rate challenged economy, I know what the rates are for Tier 1 credit consumers. I was pre-approved elsewhere for 5.17%. It was so difficult to get them to approve me to go somewhere else for financing because they were so concerned about themselves and not me, the customer. I did ultimately get approval to get financing outside of Ford Financing. Then, it's time to Register the vehicle, and I can't. It's entered wrong. DMV said they can't register it yet. The vehicle attached to the EDRS# is not the vehicle I bought. DMV say's it's on the dealership, the dealership says it's on DMV. Still not able to register the vehicle and now that they have their money, no help at all. And now, my Bronco (for my wife's 50th birthday) is sitting in service, for the 4th time in 3 weeks, and this time for 9 days, and I have to call them to get updates. And the update is they are waiting on Ford Engineering to tell them how to fix the issue? Why was a sold a vehicle with an issue, first of all. And why isn't someone caring enough about me as a customer to offer to help us out. Nothing. No help No Care. Don't buy from them. They don't care about you. More
I've been a client of Gaudin for the past two decades, leasing every 3 years. I was fortunate to Bill Wheeler at the helm. This year, the 2023 money factor on leases wasn't appealing - so Bill shared th leasing every 3 years. I was fortunate to Bill Wheeler at the helm. Purchased my Escape at Gaudin. They delivered my vehicle to me in the dark. They closed the doors and lights out, everyone left except for the salesperson. I returned to have it They delivered my vehicle to me in the dark. They closed the doors and lights out, everyone left except for the salesperson. I returned to have it detailed and they didn't have time. I'm supposed to be a VIP but that's just a scam. I purchased a warranty and they wouldn't honor it. I swore I would never go there again. Now, the bolts to the plate under my vehicle have fallen out. Went to two other Ford dealerships and they wouldn't fix it. Went to Gaudin and just terrible customer service, especially when I'm supposed to be a VIP. Sad that they don't have empathy, even human kindness to help. Too bad they couldn't take less than 5 min to just put new bolts in. Frustrating to even keep talking about it. More
Had a great experience here using the Costco Car Buyer program. Got a great price for a 1 1/2 year old used vehicle. Ask for Mladen Raychev. Ramiro was very kind, very friendly, and most of all very knowledgeable about their inventory. He understood my family needs and recommended various choices for us. Last year my husband objected to $200 of tests when all the service department had to do was check the battery first, which was the problem. After not receiving any recourse, he wrote a poor review. Gaudi the service department had to do was check the battery first, which was the problem. After not receiving any recourse, he wrote a poor review. Gaudin Ford offered to refund the $200, if he would change the review, which he did. But he never received the $200 even after multiple phone calls and more promises. Gaudin Ford has lost a customer and received another bad review. I believe the service department gets good reviews as long as you agree with everything they do, once you don’t, they won’t work with you to rectify the situation. More
Went into the dealership looking for a Maverick but during my initial visit there were none available (not shocked due to the crazy times we are livin). Mike called me a few days later letting me know during my initial visit there were none available (not shocked due to the crazy times we are livin). Mike called me a few days later letting me know that a couple of orders were surrendered. Frank honored the X-Plan pricing and the deal was done without crazy AMV markup. More
