I tried to trade in my car a salesman named Chris Leoni ask for the information of the car took a pictures of the miles not the right miles and the sticker without the vin number on it. Told me I can traded in with not problems he got all the information and keep the information never got back to me not a single txt or call from him. He was give me excuses he can’t get the pay off he wanted me to call to dealer financial and get the payoff and send it to him. Gaudin is one of the worst ford dealers I’ve been to want a new car go to another ford dealer in Vegas there are like 4 ford dealerships here. More

I continue to have awful experiences with the (lack of) service department at Gaudin Ford. I have had issues with past service - including damages done during service. Things happen. But now it is near impossible to even get your vehicle in for service here. Then, when you finally do, they can’t diagnose what the issue is. The expectation is that you can bring the vehicle in the next day and leave it for an undetermined amount of time. I could not do that. Like the majority of people, I don’t have time to be in the service department just randomly. You would think that they work with you to find a new time. You would be wrong. I never heard from anyone again. Now, when I have some family members that can help me out in getting my vehicle brought in, there are no appointments for a week. And they only take appointments. There are a number of great people that work at this dealership. Maybe someone could point me to a person in the service department that can help. More
Horrible customer service at this Ford repair shop. We sent our company van there in March and just got it back today (August 30). They never give you updates. Whenever you call, it takes forever to get someone who knows anything on the phone. To top it off, when we went to pick up the van, there was a line of people waiting an hour for someone to grab their vehicles because "the sales person bought everyone lunch" and EVERYONE went to lunch at the same time lol smh. I would not recommend anyone to this place for any kind of repair/service. (And this is not the first time they have done this with one of our vehicles, last year we had another truck there for over 3 months) More

Yet another bad review for Gaudin Ford! FINALLY received a call that I could bring my 2021 Ford Explorer in for 3 recalls. Show up to the Service garage only to be told, they can't find my FINALLY received a call that I could bring my 2021 Ford Explorer in for 3 recalls. Show up to the Service garage only to be told, they can't find my appt. After showing them not 1 but 2 confirmation emails, NOTHING in their system reflecting the recalls under my name. Instead of saying they could fit my appt in I was advised that I had to make another appt...LITERALLY been waiting 3 years for these "recalled" parts to come in only to get turned away... Bad service Ford, shame on you for treating your customer's this way. Been loyal to you all since 2013 and this is what I get. Nevermind having to leave work and waste my time...SMH More

We went to Gaudin Ford looking for a car that would work for our family. We didn't expect much given our situation, but Anthony our sales rep worked his magic and went above and beyond to make sure we got w for our family. They made sure every square inch of the car was perfect and took care of us like we were family. This dealership has been home for several car purchase in the past and each time has been amazing! We will never buy anywhere else again. More
These people are not to be trusted. They told me they would pick up my car. They told me they would text the night before. To confirm. Then, when I got a chance to check my phone and got back to them, they told me they weren't going to pick it up and needed to reschedule. It is a massive inconvenience to plan for a day without a car and, to have them simply elect not to abide by the covenant they set for their own convenience is already unconscionable. Then they tried to blame me. They claimed all kinds of things. "We reached out to you last night." No you didn't. "Oh, well we don't reach out the night before." You didn't reach out until after the pickup window started. "It says here the appointment was cancelled." Who cancelled it? Not me. "Yeah. It was cancelled by the customer." B.S. If they had told the truth about how pick up works, I would've just said "Nope. I can't be available at your whim to answer a call or respond to a text. I'll take it in." Part of me is glad I did, though, because now I know what kind of organization this is and, while it was an almost insurmountable inconvenience to deal with this, I know I will never, ever have to deal with it again. I'll drive all the way to the Henderson one before I go back to Gaudin Ford. Save yourself the trouble of working with a dealership that has such a dishonest service department. Go to one of the several other dealerships in town. I know I will. More
