I’m giving a 5 because Iliana does a great job. However, I do not like the new service protocol where I have to wait to check in my vehicle when my service advisor is with another customer. Also sales guys never offered to help me when I went on the lot to look at new vehicles. They were too busy talking and looking at their phones. Not sure what has changed at you business but it was very obvious on my last visit. I called the sales manager off a promotional email only to find he has rerouted his calls to someone. Not personal service. I will be in the market for a new vehicle soon. Not sure I will shop Gatorland. Not liking the new culture. Illiana is consistent and does well tho More

Seems up and down and not always customer-centered. We have bought 2 cars there and many elsewhere. We get good service and attention at times like yesterday. This was my first experience with the service department, I was in for a new car 5000-mile check. Overall I had excellent service, I can't give a five-star rating because, when I inquired about the time fram I was in for a new car 5000-mile check. Overall I had excellent service, I can't give a five-star rating because, when I inquired about the time frame I was told it would be about an hour I arrived at 8:45 for my 9 AM appointment and I was told my car service would take approximately one hour, it was not ready until around 11:05. When I asked if I would need to plan on being there that long for a normal oil change I was told no but it took longer this time bc they were running a system check. Also, I had asked if someone could help me reset my door locking to where my doors would stay locked when I turned off my ignition I was told yes they would reset it for me, which I discovered when I arrived home that was not taken care of. I called Shad and left a message to see if he could talk me through how to set my lock control, but he did not call me back, I called the next day and he walked me through it Shad was accommodating, and I will say everyone was very kind and the facility was very clean. The guys checking me in were super nice as well. More
