awesome I have dealt with Gatorland toyota for many years. I have purchased new and used cars from them, and I am currently leasing a 2017 Rav 4. I have not driven anything except a toyota since the 90’s. I loved the 4 Runners but as life changes and kids leave you don’t need such a big vehicle. I have had 2 rav 4’s and probably 7 4 runners. My service advisor at Gatorland is Jon Dansby and for many years has taken exceptional care of my vehicles. My last 4 runner was a 2007 and I continually had issues with the acatuators in all 4 doors. Toyota stands by their product and so many times the parts were always covered even when out of warranty. It did get to be quite of a downer at times but Jon always took care of it for me. I am a very satisfied Gatorland toyota customer!!! Love your product. Michelle Warnock Gainesville florida More

Overwhelming wait times even with an appointment I’ve been going here for 4 years for regular maintenance and the wait time has always been ridiculous with or without an appointment. Their site is always glitching so you can never schedule online so I always have to wait until I get a call from their 1800 # to schedule. I’ve even scheduled 6 months ahead of time for 8am and when I got there it still took them 2 hours for a rotation and oil change. The last time I got there at 7:40am and I still didn’t get out of there until 11:20am after the man helping me originally told me it would be an hour, otherwise I would have taken the shuttle for 5min home! I never leave reviews but since I was told to in person, through email, and text I figured wth. More

Great customer service While driving down the interstate I ran over a piece of metal the size of a car hood. The impact knocked the bumper cover loose. My insurance agent told me to bring the car back to Georgia for repairs but advised me to find a local dealer to check for damage under the car before driving back. I dropped by Gatorland Toyota without an appointment and asked them for help. The Assistant Service Manager was very friendly and helpful. I figured I would be there for the afternoon so I asked directions for a place for lunch. I walked a block, had a quick lunch, and when I got back my car was ready. The only damage was cosmetic. They wouldn't even charge me for the inspection. I felt much better returning home. I never remember names but I wish I could remember the name of the Assistant Service Manager. She was friendly, helpful, and very cute. More

I worked for the same dealership for 20 plus years in the south Florida area. Our dealership had an excellent reputation in sales and service and as a result had many, many repeat customers spanning from one generation of the family members to the other. Based upon this experience, I honestly feel that Gatorland Toyota's quality service department exceeded our own in excellence. More
