Shad is very good I am only rating the service department. They do a wonderful job servicing my RAV4. Not so much for the sales department. Terrible customer service at top management levels I have never felt the need to write a review on a business. But I feel I should warn others about this dealership. Both their Service Manager and Gen I have never felt the need to write a review on a business. But I feel I should warn others about this dealership. Both their Service Manager and General Manager have been exceedingly rude, unhelpful, and the general manager even promised he would cover an extended warranty-then never got back to me about it. When I called 2 weeks later, he had changed his mind, but not bothered to inform me. I had to contact the National Toyota Office to get him to even Answer my calls (I’m in another state). I’m continuing contact with Toyota hoping with their assistance I can obtain a resolution to the problem. They suggested I contact Gatorland’s customer relations person. When I finally got a return call from her, before I even spoke about the problem, she said “I can’t go against my boss!” She even claimed she knew engine mechanics, and told me the other dealership involved must be lying. I asked her if she is a mechanic-or has even changed oil on a vehicle, and she had to admit she has no mechanical training. I told her the other dealership gains nothing by lying-but Gatorland does. BEWARE of this dealership! More

Excellent service I took my car for second servicing. Although I was given a certain day and time, in their system is was listed for a different day.However, Ms .
