Over priced service dept! I have always been pleased with the service dept BUT that all changed today! I took my car in for routine maintenance and to purchase 4 new tires. The I have always been pleased with the service dept BUT that all changed today! I took my car in for routine maintenance and to purchase 4 new tires. The special they are currently running is buy 4 tires get 100 dollars off totaling 320 bucks, oil change is 60 and 10 fee for old tire disposal, should have been 390 dollars plus tax however my total was 446 and some change. When I inquired about the cost they tell me they charged me an extra 27 dollars for supplies used! Shouldn't these cost be included in the 60 dollar oil change?!! I will no longer have my vehicle serviced where they double charge! So in all actuality I paid 90 dollars for an oil change today! It will NOT happen again, so disappointed!!! More
