Not very professional. Came in for regular service told me me need wheel alignment. Hour later brake cleaning - asked what that was didn't know asked tech it was rear adjustment. While returning from vacationing in Florida, our alert for an overheated hybrid system in our Lexus went on. We had followed directions in the manual for cooling it down but it also said to get to a deale for an overheated hybrid system in our Lexus went on. The service department courteously checked our car with no appt. We are deeply indebted to them for explaining what had happened, advising us and sending us safely on our way. I brought in my old Toyota for service. I was very disappointed with the lack of personal touch and communication to discuss the recommended repairs. Once I told the service assistant I was not going to do all of them he became short and disinterested in the call. When I returned to pick up my car I had to go to three different people to check out. No one greeted me. Little to.no common courtesy. They could not find my car as the they wrote the wrong make on my key tag. Basically a mess. I was very unimpressed. I don’t plan on ever going back to the dealership for service or to purchase a used or new car. More
