Leonard is a wonderful person to deal with. As a single woman, I am used to being "ripped off" by car mechanics and service people in general. I was in a for a 10,000 mile checkup, decided to catch the van (with Jim) (he's awesome) to work thinking they would have my car for a while. I bought my Tundra from a Jacksonville, FL dealership and after getting home I noticed a pool of oil below my truck. I went to Gatorland Toyota the next morning since it was on my way into work and drove int after getting home I noticed a pool of oil below my truck.
