I have not driven anything except a toyota since the 90’s. I loved the 4 Runners but as life changes and kids leave you don’t need such a big vehicle. I have had 2 rav 4’s and probably 7 4 runners. My service advisor at Gatorland is Jon Dansby and for many years has taken exceptional care of my vehicles. My last 4 runner was a 2007 and I continually had issues with the acatuators in all 4 doors. Toyota stands by their product and so many times the parts were always covered even when out of warranty. It did get to be quite of a downer at times but Jon always took care of it for me. I am a very satisfied Gatorland toyota customer!!! Love your product. Michelle Warnock Gainesville florida More

Overwhelming wait times even with an appointment I’ve been going here for 4 years for regular maintenance and the wait time has always been ridiculous with or without an appointment. Their site is always glitching so you can never schedule online so I always have to wait until I get a call from their 1800 # to schedule. I’ve even scheduled 6 months ahead of time for 8am and when I got there it still took them 2 hours for a rotation and oil change. The last time I got there at 7:40am and I still didn’t get out of there until 11:20am after the man helping me originally told me it would be an hour, otherwise I would have taken the shuttle for 5min home! I never leave reviews but since I was told to in person, through email, and text I figured wth. More
