I CAME ME FOR A CONVERTIBLE AND LEFT WITH ONE.THE SALE WAS QUICK BUT THE CLOSING LASTED LONGER THAN I WOULD LIKE AS I AM A TYPE "A" PERSONALITY. Mike Kelly was very friendly and helpful.He worked to locate a vehicle we could afford due to the fact we were paying by cash and have a limited budget. We came in to look at the Jeep Liberty, really not knowing what we wanted just knowing that the Luxury Sedan I had would no longer work for us as we purchased property in WV. I sold my car hoping tha knowing what we wanted just knowing that the Luxury Sedan I had would no longer work for us as we purchased property in WV. I sold my car hoping that would help me find an SUV, as I am really a car person. After looking at several dealerships and several different types of vehicles including Lexus which is what I had owned for the last 10 years, we decided to check out Jeep as my husband has only owned Dodge Products. From the online site the Liberty looked like it would suit our purposes. We stopped in one day to just look at it, Steve Mazer came out to greet us. From the instant we met him we knew he was not the "typical salesman" that we have dealt with in the past or at other dealerships over the last 2 months, he was genuine and he was fun. We took a test drive, really did not like the Liberty, to me it felt like to far a step down from my Lexus, like it was something more for a young adult and not someone my age. Steve could sense that I was not liking the size or the ride. He took the time to listen to what we wanted/needed. Instead of pushing the Cherokee on us which was the LAST thing we wanted he guided us to the Wrangler. I of course made a face picturing the Wranglers from years ago. He made a point to tell me they weren't like that and I could upgrade them to be really nice. I relented and took a look at them, they were nice, not anything that I had expected. We drove one and Steve explained to us that the 2012's had a new motor in them. We decided to come home do some research online and think about it. Steve was wonderful, unlike any of the other salesmans we had dealt with recebntly, he didn't push us to order now, he didn't call us 6 times to see if we had a decision he simply let us know that the following day was his day off so we could call him on his cel phone and he would make arrangements to come in. We told him no rush we would take the extra day and think on it. Which we did. After researching the vehicle and talking with friends that had Wranglers we decided it was the prefect vehicle for us, as our property is "off road" and we are avid hikers and kayakers. We decided given our lifestyles to go with the Renegade and with what I had been accustomed to ugrading to the black leather and a few extras. We also decided to order my vehicle with the painted hard top and the new 2012 motor after research. We called Steve, he came in a couple of hours early so we could make it work with our work schedule and we ordered the vehicle at a a price we were happy with. When my vehicle arrived Steve called us, he then took the time to explain everything for us and showed us everything on the vehicle. We like to joke with Steve that we came in for a 20k Liberty and he sold us a 41k 4 door Jeep Wrangler Renegade, but in truth, he took the time to listen and sold us the vehicle we needed. Without Steve we would have never looked at the Wrangler even though we had looked at the Hummer at another dealer. Because of Steve's wonderful personality and non-pushy tactics he got our business. In the end it was no big decision for us because we didn't feel pressured by him and we felt he was the only salesman that actually listened to our lifestyles and what we needed and not what he makes the biggest commission on. In our opinion if you have a Salesman of the Year Contest....Steve Mazer should win. Not because he sells more than anyone else, or earns more money than anyone else but because he CARES, he listens and he looks out for what is best for you. You leave the dealership liking your salesman, referring him to friends and feeling like you actually bought what you needed at a price that was fair. He never played any games or acted under handed, which is a first for us. Should we find ourselves in need of another Dodge product (which my husband is already wanting a Jeep of his own) we would ONLY be willing to deal with Steve. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter, and THANK YOU for hiring someone that isn't the typical "sleazy sales man"! More

We were greeted warmly by Jeff in the parking lot and directed to an open parking space. Wow! He was genuinely interested in helping us and asked questions appropriate to finding just the right car for directed to an open parking space. Wow! I stopped coming to the dealership because;It was very, and still is very far from my house, I also thought the prices/labor costs ere outrageous,it also took a very long time to have service preformed whi and still is very far from my house, I also thought the prices/labor costs ere outrageous,it also took a very long time to have service preformed which resulted in dragging a friend from south palm bay or renting a car(added expense)to get home, and then returning later. My experience on Wednesday was nothing like it had EVER been. Mike knew I had to be at my childs' bus stop be 4:00. ( I did try to get an earlier appt due to this) MIke had me out of there in 1 HOUR! He also noticed a rear brake light was out and replaced this at no cost. (this was also because he knew I was going to Gainesville to see my son at college!) Mike went the extra mile, which you just don't find these days, and because of this , I will make the long trip to come to the dealer for future service. I also was pleasantly surprised that your prices beat local repair shops(yes, I called around). Thank you Mike Deitch for taking such good care of this customer! More
Chuck Stupp and Gator are amazing. They are patient and do what ever it takes to get the deal closed, at the best interest of the customer.
