I've needed work performed on my 2001 Chrysler LHS and have used Gator before. Mike Deitch is great to work with, will recommend what needs to be and should be done, he doesn't "force" the need for the wo have used Gator before. My experience with this dealer and Mike are very positive and as an old "motorhead" I am not easy to convince when it comes to mechanical repairs. I agree with him on the fixing of the immediate, those things that are likely to fail and any item of safety as immediate repairs and the quality of the shop work on my vehicle has been top notch. I recommend this dealer for service work - and Mike Deitch. I've purchased vehicles from Gator and other dealers. Gator has been 4 square with me and my family on the two new Challenger's and one used Cadillac purchased here over the last two plus years. The only (minor) criticism I have about todays visit was that a salesman came into the waiting room and wanted to interest me in buying another car. Not very high pressure but uncomfortable for me as I have/had no intention of buying another car at this time. In the future, when I decide to buy another new car, it will probably be another Suzuki and probably from Gator. More

We had been to many dealers and private parties, My wife was approached by Chris a few days before we came there, She liked him so when we came back we looked for him. But this morning we decided to go up to see him, called him on the way up, he said he would meet with us when he finished with the customer he was workig with when we called, upon arrival he was still working with the customer, but made time to get a car ready for a test drive until he finished with the customer.
