I was a little displeased with certain things that were wrong with my vehicle right off bat, but after talking with dealership, we were able to have everything resolved. There are still a few minor things wrong with my vehicle right off bat, but after talking with dealership, we were able to have everything resolved. There are still a few minor things to be fixed, such as an oil leak which we can't figure out where, back door latch does not work, and hazard lights now turn on when you open the side doors, but hopefully we will resolve those issues as well. The car aside, everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. In fact we first stopped at the Melbourne dealership because I knew what vehicle I wanted to look at, and it was at the Palm Bay dealership. So Richie Infurna, our salesman, got in his own car and we followed him to Palm Bay. Mileage and price were perfect. Car drives very nice, and my children are happy. Thank you for being understanding. I would do more business with this dealership in the future. More

Gator Chrysler provided us with such great background knowledge in their online advertisement that when we arrived we knew exactly what we wanted. When we arrived Clint was polite and showed us to exactl knowledge in their online advertisement that when we arrived we knew exactly what we wanted. I looked at many Dealerships online for approx. 2 weeks and found that Gator had the best prices for what I was looking for and they beat any Dodge-Jeep-Chrysler price wise from Orlando, Daytona & Melbourne area. I am so very happy with my dealings with Chuck Stupp. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and always accomodating. My husband and I have gone to a number of local dealerships in our new car quest and h was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and always accomodating. My husband and I have gone to a number of local dealerships in our new car quest and had bad experiences. We were both a little bitter over the way we were treated (and even with perfect credit). We particulary appreciated the fact that we were able to leave and come back - this was one of the most beneficial aspects of both Chuck and Gator (Chuck didn't push for the fast sale, and we didn't want that). We wanted the time to think, and make sure we wanted to do this. Other dealerships insisted we stay, would not let us think about a purchase overnight, and lost our business because of this - we were within an inch of a Prius purchase and did not make it, and this push was the reason why we did not. Chuck was so wonderful - he understood that a purchase involved our spending money, understood we needed time to consider the purchase and left us alone to make our decision. Please promote this approach with all of your employees. Your business will benefit. The purchase went like clockwork, Maryanne was wonderful too. We liked the sales manager, and everybody was great! I will recommend this business to everyone I know (and I do know a lot of influential people). More
