I had originally planned on coming to your dealership to get the best possible price for my 2 trade in vehicles and the best possible price you could give me for a new Jeep. I planned on walking away with your best price and shopping from Orlando to West Palm to get the best deal possible. Obviously …..that didn't happen. I was greeted by Richie in the parking lot. I told him what I was looking for and he brought me right to the car. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for but close enough. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Then it was time to deal....I haggled with Mike for quite some time. He knew I was going to shop but wouldn't let me out the door. Smart guy! He did search the surrounding areas for the car I was looking for, none to be found, and explained what it would take in terms of dollars and time to get what I wanted brought to your dealership. Although I could have shopped, those guys spent enough time with me, and I spent enough time there that a few hundred dollars was not worth shopping around for. Our experience was very good there. The price was a little higher than we anticipated though. Eddie made the difference though. He is a super person, and a great salesman. Barbara was friendly, knew the details on the van & worked to get us the best deal. She went out of her way to listen to what we wanted as well as how we wanted to do things from the first contact from worked to get us the best deal. In contrast,our experience at another dealership in Vero Beach (Hyundai) was such that we refused to ever do business with them again. Barbara attitude was greatly appreciated, as well as the attitude of the manager of the Melbourne dealership and the finance manager. Bottom line; we felt at ease and it was a good experience all the way through it. One more thing - we had called her about one van and explained that we wanted to see it and test drive it. She went a step further and not only got that van ready for us to test drive, but brought up another one and got that one ready for us to test drive. As it happens, we ended up buying the second one, not the one we called about. We will definately tell people about the dealership and Barbara! More

Working with Chris was a total pleasure. We first meet him about six weeks ago when we started our searh for a new car. This is the third vechicle we purchased from Gator Chrysler, the last two were sold by Richie Infurna, he is a professional, and very accommodating in satisfying his customers, he wants his customers Chrysler, the last two were sold by Richie Infurna, he is a professional, and very accommodating in satisfying his customers, he wants his customers to feel free to contact him after the sale with any questions or possible issues, It was late in the evening on 12/31/11 when we purchased our car, the detailing on the car could have been better, so Richie took it back to re-detail it himself, while we were signing the sales papers, Joe Kelly at that point came out and told my Wife and I to be sure to see him the next time we were in so he could send our car back for another detailing, I will continue to see Richie for any future purchases. In closing these comments my Wife and I want to express our high regard about Stephanie Robaina and her professional and friendliness while explaining and the signing of the sales, title, and registration documents, etc. She made us both feel very comfortable, and answered any questions we had, including explaining the extended warranty options we requested.
