What was most enjoyable was not having to play that hours-long silly game where the salesman immediately takes our trade-in keys, then runs back and forth between the customer and the "money man," bidding, and counter-bidding, refusing to return our keys until a deal is made. We spoke directly to the "money man," right away, and came to a most favorable agreement without ANY pressure whatsoever. We were able to make the deal, get the paperwork done in a most timely manner, and we were out the door in less than an hour. Amazing! I had a overall great experience. My salesman, Jim, was not pushy and overwhelming as others have been that led me to leave their dealerships.
