Jeff Wipple sales associate was good up to the deal. He answered all my questions- spend a great deal of time via emails. Jeff Whipple WAS NOT THE ISSUE at this dealership.HE DID EVERYTHING RIGHT FROM HIS POSITION. In fact, they ordered the car because they did not have the exact car that I wanted. Thought that I had a deal- drove 35 miles to pick up the new car......when I got there the sales manager- said your trade does not have navigation.....so instead of giving you $26,000 for your trade- we can only give you $25,000... Need another $1000 to do the deal....... I walked away and HE WALKED AWAY... NEVER EVEN MAKING A COUNTER OFFER.. THAT WAS THE PROBLEM AT THIS DEALERSHIP. THE SALES MANAGER REALLY COULD CARE LESS!! Just another big volume/big unit dealership.. that only cares about numbers-customer service was good with Jeff; however, management could care less about a deal. I see all the good reviews on this web site..can't believe it. (I have been told that-after the deal they call you-TO PUT A GOOD REVIEW ON THIS WEB SITE??- WHY) They talk a good game until it is time to sign the deal.....than its a different deal.. look at the other negative reviews on this web site... WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGE AND FRIENDLINESS GIVEN US DURING OUR RECENT PURCHASE OF A NEW 2012 JEEP PATRIOT. MY WIFE OF 38 YEARS AND I, HAVE LITERALLY PURCHASED OVER KNOWLEDGE AND FRIENDLINESS GIVEN US DURING OUR RECENT PURCHASE OF A NEW 2012 JEEP PATRIOT. MY WIFE OF 38 YEARS AND I, HAVE LITERALLY PURCHASED OVER TWO DOZEN NEW VEHICLES TOGETHER, OF ANY NUMBER OF HIGH QUALITY MAKES AND MODELS, WITH A MORE RECENT VEHICLE HAVING BEEN A $100,000 PORSCHE. HAVING STATED THIS, WE HAVE OBVIOUSLY HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF SALESPEOPLE AND DEALERSHIPS ULTIMATELY OFFERING DIFFERENT LEVELS OF SERVICE. I spoke with Jeff Whipple on 2 different occasions. He was very friendly and courteous and spent a large amount of time showing me the features of the vehicle I was interested in. When I returned several days later with my wife, he happily went over all the information again for her benefit. When he learned her main concern was the paint color that would satisfy her, he searched the lot and the computer records until he found the color that was her choice on the other lot several blocks away. He then worked with me a the sales Manager, Mike Fullhart, to find me the best price and seeing that I got the price braks and rebates available to keep the price where I needed it. When we had commited to the sale, he knew just what paperwork was necessary and whizzed through it. While we were dealing with the credit manager, he took steps to make sure the new car was prepped, gassed up and ready for us, even changing the license plate and taking the time to wash it so it would look good on the new car. He helped remove our belongings form the old car and saw us finish up and drive off. Such an employee is of great credit to your agency and his spirit, knowledge and enthusiasm is priceless. More

I found my van on the website. I appreciated that the real image and details were presented in lieu of a "stock image". From the time I walked in to your showroom until the time I left, I felt like Gator appreciated my business. At no time did anyone every play the "pricing game" with me. I drove over 80 miles and passed several other dealerships, just to get to Gator. It was such a great experience, that I cannot wait to buy another vehicle from Gator. If I had to find a complaint, it would be that the van was not prepped for delivery until after I signed the paperwork. I have to make a second trip last this week to pick it up which is not a problem because then I get to thank everyone again for the wonderful experience I had! The little things like buffing the scratches and chips out, wiping down the headliner, including the mats, etc. are just little things. I knew exactly what I wanted and thanks to Debbie at Gator, I found it! Cannot wait til next weekend to pick it up and start driving it! Thanks again Gator. More
This was the most wonderful car buying experience we've ever had!! Barbara was an absolute joy to work with. I contacted her over the Internet regarding a vehicle we were interested in. She came back with all different scenarios regarding interest rates, rebates, etc to give us the best deal. She worked everything out before we got to the dealership. We knew what we were paying , interest rate, what monthly payment would be. We got to the dealership took the car for a test drive, signed the papers and we were done. Car was gased up an ready when we got there. It literally took only like an hour. Not the normal five hours of nonsense. It was amazing. Barbara was outstanding. We would absolutely buy another vehicle from her and will tell everyone what a great experience we had. We couldn't be happier. You have a valuable asset in Barbara!! She is the best!! More
