At first, I was looking at another brand, but when I started checking around, the RAM was what I wanted. I first met Chris Godwin when I got there and he showed what model I was looking for. When I asked for other features, he helped me look for a similar model that had more stuff. He also made a point to be clear on the diffrences on the different models. When we found that there were none on the lot, he offered to look at other locations or made a suggestion of knowing someone that could help me with adding in the features I wanted. There was never any pressure to make an immediate decision and worked with me on getting what I was looking for. I added some extra features and Chris was quick with scheduling my appointment for the upgrades. I got what I wanted and Chris did not once even talk down about the other dealers I told him I talked with. I even said that I was not happy with the sales staff at the competing dealer and he did not bad talk them once. Good Professionalism. I came away with my truck satisfied and I recommend Gator and just talked with my son in law who was in the market for the same truck I was looking for previously. He lives over 100 miles away but I suggested he re-look at the RAM 1500 4x4 and come to Gator, he would like it better and it would worth the drive. Look up Chris when you get there, even though, while I was around the lot, the other sales staff were also friendly and they new I was being helped by someone else. More

The salesman Jeff Leggee was very professional and helpful. He explained all options to me and worked hard to get me the deal I needed to get exactly the vehicle I wanted. Roger McCardle is a responsible service Tech, he is always on the look out for any recall problems for my vehicles. Since I am in charge of up keep on the vehicles at the Azan Shrine Center Hospital v always on the look out for any recall problems for my vehicles. Since I am in charge of up keep on the vehicles at the Azan Shrine Center Hospital vans, I come in contact with Roger, on a regular basis. Also, he handles all the service for my personal vehicles. He contacts me if their is something else to be done on my vehicle, after I have left if he feels it is necessary for this to be done. He also keep sme aware of the time it will take to get the service done, and makes arrangements for a rental car, if he has to keep my personal vehicle for the service. He contacts me in a timely manner to let me know when I can pick up my vehicle, I have left for service. When I frist met Roger, when he started with Gator, he was not smiling, real reserved when you spoke to him, not a friendly attitude, my wife, said she didn't want to deal with him again, but as it turned out over time, he has made a big change, he smiles now, is very friendly and attempts to help me or my wife, with the service on the vehicles. She noticed the change before I had contact with him again. When I need service on the Azan Shrine vehicles, Roger knows that these carry the children to the hospital. I recently took in are newest dodge van for oil change & alignment, Roger called to tell me, that the brakes needed to be done. I made a quick call to the Shrine center and was given permission to have the service done, I called Roger back and told him to proceed with what ever it would take to make the van safe for our kids, to ride to Tampa Shrine Hospital safely. So this is a big THANK YOU to Roger McCardle for his care and kindness. Roger should get a big star with his name on it, as over the years, I have bought many vehicles from Gator and have coome in contact with many of the Service Tech's and Roger has become not just a service tech, but a good friend to me and my wife, and he looks out for us. I had previously purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible from Gator, and was left feeling very pressured and unsatisfied. Having found Gator to have a vehicle I would consider trading for, I decided to give them another try. I was very happy to have run into Nathan and have worked with him for the trade. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and was not pushy at all, as was my previous salesman. I am completely satisfied and it has redeemed my faith in Gator.
